    Confessions of a Secret Hoarder is an original puppet musical for all ages. It follows a feisty, twelve year-old Lillian as she falls into a fantastical world called ‘Garbageland’. Through the show, Lillian explores this mysterious realm, as well as her own relationships with the people and things in her life.

    Confessions of a Secret Hoarder is written, directed and designed by Darryl Ng. Darryl completed his Bachelor of Arts majoring in Theatre and Film last year, and is now working towards his Masters of Fine Arts in Theatre. Darryl has extensive experience as a set designer and director. This is his debut as a playwright. He is particularly interested in merging his passion for design with his love of theatre. Darryl is also bilingual and is currently working on learning his third language - Korean.

     

    Joel Rudolph is the composer of the original score of Confessions of a Secret Hoarder. He is also the musical director and stage manager. Joel completed his Bachelor of Arts majoring in Theatre and English Literature at Victoria in 2016, and is now doing his Masters of Fine Arts in Theatre. Joel is a talented pianist, composer and director. He is passionate about including music in theatre in innovative ways. Joel is also the proud new owner of a conductor’s baton.
